Preparation of DSSI system in 2019

After the winter analysis of the completed tasks and acquired data, we are now starting to prepare for new tasks that are waiting for us in 2019. During the past week, project partner University of Ljubljana performed a field visit of the sites involved in the project. Soil samples were taken at specific locations and prepared for laboratory analysis. For efficient and precise operation of the DSSI tool (decision support system for irrigation), the soil samples will be examined and soil moisture probes will be calibrated. Obtained data will serve for the effective functioning of the DSSI tool in 2019.
